					<description><![CDATA[That is painful.  I&#039;ve gone through a similar process before.  I always wonder...for as much money as these clowns make, can&#039;t they figure out a way to do things without practically killing their clients?  I&#039;ll tell you this, out of the many transactions that I have done I have NEVER chosen to do repeat business with a mortgage company.  That&#039;s a sad commentary.  I hope that changes some day.
