I do know we use Indy Office Solutions as our copier supplier. They are an excellent company, I’ve visited their offices twice and they’ve provided excellent copiers and support of the same. I know the units are leased with a certain number of “clicks” included (we pay for paper), and we pay per copy above those clicks. Check back here for an update when I have one. At work I am negotiating copiers. I am looking at .01 for B&W and .075 for color. How does that compare?

They would announce the list of equipment to the entire staff via email (SharePoint would work well too) and opened a silent bid process with a deadline. The process pretty well took care of itself and was very fair.
