Looks like you need a better spam plugin. Might I recommend Akismet?

In reply to Ian Beyer. I know it never showed any plugins for me to install in the betas but I thought for sure it would work in the final. But it doesn't list any plugins for me now when I go to install, which is strange. You'd think they'd have the plugin directory side ready to go at the release...the upgrade for existing plugins has been working for me since 2.5 though, just fine! Still works, just checked.

I wasn’t impressed with the functionality to add plugins from the admin panel. Love the idea, but it doesn’t actually, you know, WORK.
